MISSION STATEMENT
Transitions Halfway Ministries operates Forgiveness House, and Forgiveness Faze 2, Transitional Living and Behavior Health Centers, designed to assist men coming out of incarceration re-enter our community as productive, independent, responsible citizens.
VISION STATEMENT
Transitions Halfway Ministries was founded to offer transitional living quarters and job placement assistance for male, felony offenders from West TN State prisons. Our vision is to someday witness a gathering of 200 men who have come through our doors, spiritually saved, but broken economically and emotionally, who now are integrated back into our communities, restored and equipped, living wholesome, productive lives.
